Dr. Keith Auerbach has been in the psychology field since 1993 helping others function better with themselves, others, and the world while increasing their sense of peace and life satisfaction.  Dr. Auerbach prides himself on providing results oriented services utilizing well-researched treatment modalities along with time-tested traditions.

ZenPsych™

ZenPsych is a term created by Dr. Auerbach that effectively describes his background and the services offered in a direct and simple way.  Essentially, ZenPsych is the integration of Western psychology with Eastern contemplative practices, mainly Zen, also referred to as mindfulness.  Hence, ZenPsych is the synthesis of Dr. Auerbach’s learning, practicing, and teaching both Eastern and Western approaches to health and peak performance.
